or here with the CEO explaining the process  ＞. Regarding the type of plastics used as feedstock, the most common ones are PP and PE (LDPE, HDPE). We refrain from recycling PET, Styrenes and PVC as the quality of the oil then does not meet the standards of our petrochemical clients.

 

Note: other companies may buy and operate the same machines, but they will only be able to produce a low quality oil, to be refined into gasoline or kerosene. It took more than 24 months for CORSAIR’s expert team to produce high quality oil that can be sold to the petrochemical companies, to manufacture new plastics again.

5. In Finland, we buy the plastic trash already collected by the efficient waste management system established in the country, as there is no garbage to collect from the environment
